I have been working in the field of HR for more than 20 years. I have extensive experience in both corporate matters and consulting. I had worked for more than 15 years at international companies in HR generalist and management positions. Thanks to my experience, I can understand the company processes, the needs of partners and candidates quickly. I have been working as a freelance HR consultant since 2017.

In recent years, my main tasks have been related to defining recruitment policies, developing, and managing the entire selection process. My biggest strength is in FMCG, manufacturing and production, with a focus on executive search. In addition to these, I have significant experience with marketing, finance, logistics, and sales positions. I joined Greensearch in late 2021 as a senior consultant.

I am a mother of a 21-year-old young man. In my free time I like hiking, going to the cinema and watching films. I believe in continuous development and self-reflection. I try to live my life openly and consciously.
