At my next job, I got into recruiting, which was “love at first sight”. I was involved in the start-up of several establishments and recruited start-up teams, from assistant to establishment manager positions. I took a look at the world of IT for a few years when I was the HR manager of a start-up company in the fintech sector. However, with my current position, an old dream came true, I became a headhunter!
Why counselling?
I have explored almost all areas of HR, but getting to know and looking for the right candidate is the closest to my heart. I believe that it is possible to find the suitable candidate for a given company and company culture, in terms of their education, experience and personality in such a way that is mutually beneficial for both parties.
I love getting to know new companies, operations, and the feeling when I gain insight into candidates’ lives while talking to them.

How do I renew?
For the past 8 years, I have been taking care of my physical and mental wellbeing on a continuous basis, for which I find the training provided by Fontanus Academy the most beneficial.
Something that many people might not know about me
There isn’t such a thing that a lot of people don’t know about me, but there is something interesting I might say here. During my university years I worked as a lifeguard in the summer. And I’ve been giving lessons, first yoga now Balance Minus, for 10 years.
