I got into HR as a teacher and career counselor.
Thus, I get the chance to see the ‘beginnings’, the unique possibilities lying in the framework of training and the motivating opportunities in the world of work. There are different ways I can observe/experience how career paths unfold via both the means of education and HR tools. My main area of interest is the relationship between personal skills and the development of professional careers. I am particularly enthusiastic about giving support to young people starting their career. In addition, I have in-depth knowledge of the current labour market situation for professionals with an engineering degree.
My humanistic attitude is reflected in doing my job as a research member of the Greensearch team; I like working based on classical yet dynamic and open values.
I feel particularly blessed about living at the southern shore of Lake Balaton due to my personal attachments and desire for being close to nature. It keeps me recharged throughout the whole year.
